A Brief description about Who We Are:

Our Board of Directors consist of a group of Americans, South Africans,  and one Nigerian.  We offer an innnovative alternative to the existing public school systems currently in operation in many parts of Africa. The school's management is a not-for-profit organization based in both New York, located in the United States of America, and operates an office also in Umtata, in the Eastern Cape Province in the Republic of South Africa.

Jacqueline Spann,The President and Founder, was inspired to assist the poorest of poor communities in the Republic of South Africa, because of her profound admiration for former President Nelson Mandela and the South African people for ending Apartheid. "By ending Apartheid peacefully, Jacqueline believes the South African people accomplished the single most important human achievement in the twentieth century." She promptly departed from the Investment Banking industry and entered into the not-for-profit sector, with a strong mission and complete dedication to helping the poorest of poor South African communities.

 We are a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization
